Phone repair capabilities include everything from basic cosmetic and modular component replacement to full, board level soldering and circuit board level component replacements.

Please Note that For Repair Service:

Before you leave your phone to MINGWIRELESS.com please follow these instructions:

• Back up all your phonebook entries, SMS, pictures, ring tones, java, ROM, etc. and all other important data. We would not responsible for losing data

• Send us only the phone and battery unless require by us. Please do not send us your SIM card and memory card as we will not be responsible if it is lost.

• When the phone is opened, mingwireless.com is not responsible for the warranty from the manufacturer.

• Mingwireless.com guarantees only that the parts installed by us will perform satisfactory under conditions of normal usage for a period of ninety days after the      date of repair. Ming Wireless does not guarantee with respect to any other  parts.  If repairs later become necessary due to other defective parts, they will         be charged separately.

• If the customer leaves her/his phone at mingwireless.com for repairing over 60 days without notice, the customer will not be able to claim for it. mingwireless.com is not responsible for the repaired   phone above.
